On Saturday evening, Liverpool and Arsenal will face off in a battle which could arguably be a big turning point in deciding who finishes in the top four.
Games between these two sides have often been entertaining. In the last six league meetings, there have been 26 goals scored and only one clean sheet has been kept between the two sides. It looks like we can expect a lot of goalmouth action to be on display at Anfield!
Liverpool are in a dismal run of form. Their last league game was a poor 3-1 away loss to Leicester City, whereas Arsenal are coming off the back of an FA Cup win and a 2-0 victory against Hull City (with an entertaining game against Bayern Munich sandwiched in there somewhere).
In my years as a Liverpool fan, I’ve enjoyed this fixture every time it comes around, and I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy some very memorable wins against the Gunners as well.
