Liverpool change Dani Ceballos transfer stance

Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos is thought to be a target for Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham, with the Spanish giants willing to sell this summer.

The 22-year-old recently excelled for Spain in the Under 21 European Championships, playing a key role in the 2-1 win over Germany in the final.

Madrid are willing to part ways with the youngster for €50 million, with the midfielder not in Zinedine Zidane’s first-team plans.

The La Liga giants will demand a clause in a potential deal which would see Madrid having a buy-back option, something the Reds weren’t keen on at first.

However, according to Spanish outlet Sport, cited by Sports Witness, Liverpool are now willing to complete a deal for the player, which would also see Madrid include a repurchase option.

The report goes on to add that boss Jurgen Klopp is extremely keen on Ceballos, with the Reds open to the possibility of making a marquee signing ahead of the new season.
