Klopp proud to be part of “special” Liverpool family

Jurgen Klopp has done a wonderful job at Liverpool so far and is on course for another stellar season at the club.

The Reds are sitting pretty at the top of the Premier League table and have also progressed into the last 16 of the UEFA Champions League, where they will face Atletico Madrid.

Klopp’s men just secured their third piece of silverware of 2019, winning the Club World Cup in Qatar.

The German thoroughly appreciates being the manager of the club and as quoted on GOAL, he said:

I am the luckiest man alive to be a part of this football club, a part of this special family.

I am not a guy for looking back. But how can I ignore what we have all experienced in this year?

I have just one word for it: wow.

The passion and feel-good factor that Klopp has brought to Liverpool is unrivalled.

The manager gets what the club is about and that means he has a very close relationship to all the players and fans, which is exactly what is needed.

The fact he’s calling himself lucky shows that he knows nothing is bigger than the club. He’s a true Liverpool legend and will definitely go down as one of the club’s best-ever managers. Just bring home the Premier League, Jurgen.
