The Reds are reportedly eyeing up the French international, who has scored 18 goals in 19 games for PSG this season.

After Trent Alexander-Arnold performed Mbappe’s signature celebration against Leicester, you can forgive Liverpool fans being on edge when the club start a Tweet with “We have reached an agreement” and then thinking they have signed Mbappe. Mbappe is in the form of his life for PSG and one of the most expensive players of all-time, following his move to the club from Monaco 18 months ago, which means that it would take a huge effort from Liverpool to bring him over to England.
